or in connection with our services, including but not limited to, recruitment services,
training programs, or any related activities.

No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality recruitment services, we do not
guarantee employment, placements, or outcomes resulting from our services. You
understand that the hiring decisions are ultimately made by employers and are beyond
our control.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that engaging in recruitment activities involves
inherent risks, including the potential for misinformation or misrepresentation by
candidates or clients. You accept full responsibility for any decisions made based on
information obtained through XY Global.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, XY Global’s total
liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid
for the services in question.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XY Global, its
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses
(including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services or your
violation of these terms.
